~/.wine removed with "rm -rf .wine" from ~
wine reinstalled with "pacman -Sy wine" from ~
Sword of the New World launched from Desktop with 'env
WINEPREFIX="/home/mikeklem/.wine" wine "C:\Games\Sword of The New World\ge.exe"
' as command
Dialog "! Fail to create Flash Player. Please restart program.  (62)" still present

Bug is still valid.
