happy happy joy joy.  The installer suffers from z-order problems
(there are about three places where a dialog pops up but
is hidden, and you have to figure out to hit enter),
but the original roadblock is fixed now.

(This fix is not in 0.9.42 but should appear in 0.9.43, so I'm not closing yet.)
