[Bug 8797] d3d/ddraw related Applications crashes on startup if WINEDEBUG+=relay was not set.

Additional data. crash occurs inside of depp inside dlopen() call after calling 
close() - in dl_open_worker() function of /lib/tls/libc.so.6 . Call stack is 
attached. 

The questions is - how can WINEDEBUG possibly affect dlopen's behaviour?
