This is invalid:
wine '/home/luke/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Joost/xulrunner/tvprunner.exe' 

Read FAQ for how to properly run programs.
Your Wine is broken or improperly installed or compiled - you are missing
usp10.dll which is part of Wine for a long time.

Invalid.
