One important note:

On the version 6.2.0 of cx, you don't have to install the C++ first and the
version did not have a sxs so I manually copied one from windows.

However not only the C++ was fully installing but the installation of the .NET
did go through until the memory error without having C++ installed first.
I think they hit the nail on the head, thus about C++ I won't worry much.
Someday it won't be necessary to install it first and maybe you will be able to
install .NET straight after prompting Gecko. I don't see this far away but
maybe cx has a commercial interest to deliver their new version before they
send their patch to Wine. It is only a matter of time.
