[Bug 10510] SSLEAY_RAND_BYTES:PRNG not seeded

Just updated to 0.9.49. The same bug happen.
I have read that could be related to OpenSSL failure to open
/dev/urandom, but this device looks like working correctly on my
system, Furthermore ssh that I suppose uses openssl work well, both
client and server.
I read that client applications that uses OpenSSL layer can specify
parameters about how to seed the PRNG from /dev/urandom or from other
sources. How does wine manage this?
Thanks!
