Thanks for answering, but sadly, it doesn't works.
* i merged my ~/.fonts.conf in /etc/fonts/conf.d/fonts.conf
*Just to be sure, i then removed antialiasing from thw sistem-wide fonts.conf
file.
* i restarted X
* all my font apps were rendered without antialias, except wine.

So it appears to ignore both the local and the system-wide configurations.
