Hi, the crash is caused  by missing registry key for internet explorer. Do
"winetricks fakeie6" to work around that bug. Then it hits an unimplemented
function in faultrep. Attached patch works around that bug.

Now the application pops up a zillion ErrorMessageBoxes. From the debug log it
looks like it's not happy with the version info in a file called VerCtrl.dll
(in flipviewers directory) Using native version.dll worked around that bug. I
dunno how usable the apllication further is. Couls you test please? I'll attach
debug trace for the version log
