Hello,

just revisited.
Turned out the original IAT first thunks table was not the problem but the
process heap checks were.
See securom meta bug http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7065 (comment #24)
for my explanation.

If you have older wine version (<0.9.46), you need my process heap patch
(http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=8235&action=edit) or update to recent
GIT.

The game demo runs fine now.
