I think that is related to wine because:

on
http://wiki.winehq.org/MacOSX/Building

if I do

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous:@darwine.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/darwine co
-P distrib

then the script

create_darwine_SDK.sh

is being downloaded.
When executing this script the server is not available because the server
are related to the opendarwin.org domain and this is closed.

That is not a network problem rather the script are not updaded to the new
location.
