Hello Thomas,
I've used Bound Boots and Minor Dispel spells and I cannot reproduce the bug. 

I use Wine 0.9.46 on nVidia GeForce 7600 GT and
nvidia-glx-1.0.9631+2.6.20.5-16.29 drivers.
