I don't experience this bug, here is my info:

Wine version: wine-0.9.46-170-g54720c7
Distro: Gentoo Linux 2007.0 x86-64
GCC version: gcc (GCC) 4.1.2 (Gentoo 4.1.2)
Program: Far Cry 1.33
No-cd patch applied.
In Program Files/Ubisoft/Crytek/Far Cry/system.cfg, 'r_Driver = "Direct3D9"'
changed to 'r_Driver = "OpenGL"'.
