To answer Lei Zhang's questions:

I've updated Ubuntu, including updating Wine to 0.9.46. This bug still exists.

I have reviewed my original bug report and have nothing to add.

Note that this affects at least two versions of Pegasus, 3.12 and 4.41.
Although David Harris has dropped 3.12, I prefer it to 4.41 because of its
simplicity.

All versions of Pegasus are free.
