That last message usually happens when a deadlock occurs. Note that it doesn't
necesarily have to be a deadlock, it could be that a thread held the lock and
then died. I believe wine resolves it by killing the offending process (or
perhaps just thread) if the timeout occurs, apparantly dragon naturally
speaking doesn't care, and happily moves along.
