Still present in 0.9.46 and M2TW 1.3

The cursor is not garbled. it seems to show correctly in battles. the hourglass
while waiting on loading screens is truncated instead of a full size image. Not
a complete fix, but much better.

I don't what i'm doing enough to find which patch in particular is helping,
sorry. If someone can tell me how i'm willing to try.
