Unzip the file in a ~/mapedit directory ca to ~/mapedit, and wine mapedit.exe
to launch the app.

Download a small (4k) compressed map at
http://mapcenter.cgpsmapper.com/getmap.php?id=4066&type=bin
and unzip it in ~/mapedit

cd to ~/mapedit, and wine mapedit.exe to launch the app.

Now File => Open should show you a file 12481003.img
Open it.

In the toolbar select the Selection tool (white arrow pointin up)and right
click on on of the Points of Interest (One of the fuel pumps, or the airplane)
and choose Modify => Label
A data input window opens next to the POI, with the existing label if there is
one; type a new label text and enter.

For me the app then crashes, the window closed, nothing left.

- I have renamed my ~/.wine to ~/.water
- wineserver -k (for safety)
- Launched the app with "wine mapedit" in the ~/mapedit dir
- The crash does not give me any output in the Konsole where I launched the
app, I just find myself back at the prompt.
