I think this is a larger issue, especially due to the feedback from the
comments section on halflife 2

Ive tested 4 levels so far
First wont load.
Last wont load (not credits).
Water canals do load.
Black Mesa East does load but crashed at tunnel.

This is only a 0.9.47 phenomenon, I completely finished the game on 0.9.46, I
was goin back to play it on 'Hard' when i discovered this problem. Its has
nothing to do with difficulty setting either.
