[Bug 10130] Wine does not compile on x86_64

If you need help with the 64-bit build, I am offering to help.  Just please
do not discount issues of build problems on 64-bit platforms.  If it does
not build, it is a software defect.  Since there is no separate facility for
reporting software defects, the bugzilla is the only tool we can use.  I
will gladly work on this issue and see if I can hack something together to
build this on 64-bit.  Incidentally, 0.9.44 builds fine on 64-bit.
