[Bug 10152] Paint Shop Pro X not installable because of next-button stays greyed out

It seems that I have an older version of the installer, someone reportet the
same issue on AppDB.

The newer installers, those Corel used with PSP XI (11), PHOTO X2 (12 I guess)
and also the trial I postet the link to (soft32), produce this error:

err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"PCU_Callit" returned 1603

and skip to "Install Shield Wizard was interrupted before psp could completely
install.... blah Click Finish to exit." screen.
