Ok, seems like the game itself scales the mouse movements. Which is pretty
common.

Can you test the game with native dinput.dll? It should report slower mouse
movements. However native dinput does not report actual position of the
pointer. Wine's does.

So, the only problem I'm seeing here is that Wine does not apply mouse
acceleration calculation ... backwards.
