I am also running Compiz Fusion, version 0.5.5-git20070828, and I have the very
same problem described by D.Vater. While compiz is enabled, I can run perfectly
every version of Wine up to 0.9.43. But versions 0.9.44 and even the recent
0.9.45 run without decorations, and as such cannot be moved at all (even with
ALT+click).

I am sticking to 0.9.43 because of that.
You mentioned that this is a compiz problem, with a trivial glitch.
Allow me to ask: What has changed from 0.9.43 to 0.9.44 to trigger this?
Can you point me to a solution?
