This seems to be part of the problem:

You can probably hack dlls/oleaut32/typelib16.c to return something that makes
it happy.  I don't know for sure what that would be, but in the default case,
instead of "return 0;", try "return MAKELONG(4277, 40);" instead.

Frankly, I'm not sure that typelib.dll should return a different version
depending on the Wine version we're emulating.  Returning a relatively recent
version should work in all cases, yes?
