[Bug 12314] Photoshop CS2 tab doesn't really really hide windows

Take a look at the screens in 01 is anything fine then i pressed tab to 
hide the floating panels and boxes. After that i pressed Win+D to
show the desktop and cycled through the open windows.
When i get back to Photoshop i didn't get the floating panels and 
toolboxes (03) :(
As you can see on screen 03 the ghost of the outfading menu shows the 
floating panels etc should be visible.
Sometimes they get visible again when minimizing7 maximizing the Photoshop
window
again, sometimes  pressing Win+D twice.
