Not fixed on mine. Looks exactly the same as my attached entirely black screen
and cursor from wine 0.9.57. 

Ubuntu 8.04 / Wine 0.9.59 + winetricks dotnet20 + winetricks vcrun2005 /
Supreme Commander patch 3280 (latest)
