This must be some innovative bug fixing technique: show me the exact commit
that raised the bug and I'll fix it, if not - even won't try to reproduce... ;)

Still, I can't do regression test right now, coz I have to install bunch of
devel packages etc. which I can't on this machine! And right now I can't have
another one!

More on the issue: wine-0.9.58 registers plsqldev window correctly, but I can't
use it, coz it freeze every program I try to run, you just have to minimize it
and upon restore it will freeze the window...

Ok, so initial bug I filed was about 0.9.59, as I see bug arose between .58 and
0.59. (info: 12.04.2008 snapshot still has the bug)

Can you reproduce the bug at all?
