Confirming to i have the same Problem! 
TeamSpeak under Linux works not fine under wine and with the native Support
too!

I have tried to get it work with oss but i need 2 Soundcards or a difficult
configuration that not works! The other way is to launch TS2 with also-oss
SoundServer (f.O. aoss ..../TeamSpeak) but than the Sound lags extremely, not
really nice!

So........i have looked to get it work under wine and it hangs when i try to
connect to a Server, really funny, only the Menu will hang up Sound is fine and
i can talk to others but can't see the Channel Listings and other!
