Running the install in wine 0.9.60 with the PreloaderPageZeroProblem workaround
in place produces somewhat different errors. Here's how the tail of how it
fails in console:

err:msi:ITERATE_StartService Failed to start service L"Spooler"
err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"InstallFinalize" returned
1627
err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"ExecuteAction" returned 1627
fixme:shell:DllCanUnloadNow stub
