sgtrock, please post in Bugzilla, do not reply to wine-bugs.  Email read:

"I gave up and followed the directions from the guy who got it working with
0.9.58.  He copied over some d3d*.dlls and msxml3*.dlls.  That solved the
problem for him.  It got the game installed for me.

As to the error that I saw?  Each time I hit 'Cancel', the setup program
decided that the game could not be installed and exited."
