Complete output of wine while starting Gw.exe

Hardware: Thinkpad x61s with intel x3100 graphics

Running: X.Org X Server 1.4.0.90

With versions of the intel driver < 2.3.0 i couldn't even install Guild Wars.

After updating the intel video driver to version 2.3.0 i was able to at least
install Guild Wars. 
Now it goes so far that the cursor changes to the Guild Wars cursor before
crashing.

Attached the complete output produced by wine.

Any hints and suggestions how to help further with this issue are greatly
appreciated.
