Hi,

I have a similar bug since an update to 1.0.0. I found a trick to play with
sound. Can you test it ?

Simply delete the following registry value :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Blizzard Entertainment/Diablo II/Aux Battle.Net

I know this key is not related with sound, but with Battle.Net, but it works
for me. It's the only thing I know !
