Not fixed here:  Kubuntu 8.10 + kde-nightly + Wine 1.1.10.

When moving over the tray, it correctly highlights the item under the cursor,
but the second you stop moving the cursor the selection jumps to the item above
the one you're on, as if the selection is offset by the height of the panel.
