If you can tell me how to generate the "+crypt32" log, I will be happy to do
so.

I found this page for signcode.exe:

I have had my copy "forever"... not sure where I got it from originally, but it
has been at least 8 years - before ".NET" became a reality.

The version that comes in the download from that page appears to be the same,
and does give the same error.
