WINEDEBUG=+crypt32 wine mssign/signcode.exe -i (etc etc.) >& log.txt

Then attach log.txt here.

Odd, I don't see a download link on that page.  Could you tell me where to
look?  It's also available as part of the Windows SDK, so I'll install that if
I have to.
