This bug appears to be a fault with the RendererTargetLockMode registry key
(see http://wiki.winehq.org/UsefulRegistryKeys)

If the value of RendererTargetLockMode is set to textex or readtex then the
screen is displayed correctly.

However there are huge interface latencies. Moving the cursor takes 2 seconds
for it to register, etc.

The three registry keys i was considering were:
    * DirectDrawRenderer
    * OffscreenRenderingMode
    * RenderTargetLockMode
(Taken from http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=9194
under troubleshooting)

Can anyone work out how to reduce the latency?

Note: The initial setup, with the badly rendered interface still has poor
reaction times, however, changing the RenderTargetLockMode value appears to
tripple the delay.
