I'm experiencing the same problem on my dual head system and wine 1.1.x.

I have two independent screens :0.0 (with resolution 1280x800) and :0.1 (with
resolution 1600x1200). When I run any program on second screen, the window is
painted only on part of the monitor with size 1280x800.

With wine 1.0.0 everything works fine.
