Dual core Athlon 64 X2; kernel 2.6.27 SMP; Ubuntu 8.10; Wine 1.1.10

As you can see, the usage of one core is inversely proportional to the usage of
the other.  If I run something else in the background, say WinXP in VMware,
then both cores are utilized fully.
