AFAIK neither the loader "digsby.exe" nor the main program
"lib\\digsby-app.exe" are managed code (no CLI header), hence .NET Framework
2.0 is not needed.
It's unmanaged code using python engine and YAML for all app logic and UI.

Yes, mark it as duplicate bug 13891

I wonder why people support apps bundled with such ridiculous amount of
spy/malware.
For best user experience of their malware installations they should stick to
Windows ;-)
