It seems that i cannot reproduce this bug even with a clean ~/.wine and
~/.winetrickschache, once the workaround with wineprefixcreate was used.

It seems winetricks or the first wine run doesn't set every environment
variable (right).

Tomorrow I'll setup another fresh openSUSE 11.1 machine and I'll try to get the
log file then.
