Hello,

I've already said it in other nwn2 bug reports created by you - but you seem to
ignore hints.
Please install .NET 2.0 Framework the *recommended* way using 'sh winetricks
dotnet20'.
Don't let the game/toolkit setup install .NET Framework - this won't work!

The CLR callstack from comment #9 still indicates that you didn't install .NET
properly!

Please provide step-by-step instructions what and how did you install the whole
thing.
I'm tempted to advise to dismiss such bugs as INVALID.
