SPR, BCI enabled FreeType2 library build.

Could you test with the attached freetype library build?

$ tar xzf libfreetype6-2.3.7_SPR_BCI.tar.gz
$ cd libfreetype6-2.3.7_SPR_BCI
$ winecfg
