png showing artifcats and kerning issues with fake_italic

Ok, I found one more thing!  It appears that glyphs that use fake_italic have
kerning and artifact issues.  Notice the unusual amount of space between aB and
Yy, as well as the blotchy artifacts.  I'm guessing this is because the
transform isn't taking the LCD changes into account?
