Zeeshan, can you try something for us?
Rename or delete your .wine directory
and try installing http://www.webyog.com/downloads/SQLyog615EntTrial.exe
from scratch.  I bet it'll work.  My theory is
that you copied some other DLL from windows
before this, and that caused the load problem.
Starting over with a clean .wine directory is
a great way to see whether the problem was
caused by a misconfiguration like that.
