[Bug 11340] Warcraft 3 displays the start splashscreen forever and doesn' t continue with the game start.

if you open a terminal when the game is stuck at the splash screen. you cna do
a ps - ef and see the pid for c:\program files\explorer.exe.. Kill this pid and
the game will continue to load.. I have NO IDEA why.. but it works everytime..
