It's pretty consistent for me, though we could have two separate bugs. Ran
regression test again, and if the install succeeded 3 times, I considered it
good, if it hung, failed. Got this patch:

kernel32: Don't fail unconditionally in MoveFile for directories with flag
MOVEFILE_REPLACE_EXISTING.

Reverting it in wine 0.9.55 -> happy installer. Care to give that a try Dan?
