True, one cant take my numbers to an 100% ontill i can get a proper comparison.
I'll try and create a Planetside only windows xp installation in a day or two
and do a proper comparison.

btw, how do i switch off GLSL? cuz i was trying that before, but noticed no
diff in either performance or look, and i know planetside uses Cg shaders,
compiled into d3d programs.
(As a side note about Cg shaders, could one not force Cg to compile shaders
into gl shaders instead of d3d shaders and then convert into gl, just a
thought)


PS. ill check out Mafia also (for complete sake).
