The application is a government form filler called PureEdge.  The program loads
fine, and will display/print filled out forms.  I can even delete typed text. 
However, anytime I go to type something in the form I receive the following
with EACH keypress:

fixme:richedit:RichEditWndProc_common EM_FORMATRANGE: stub
