Thanks very much for filing the bug report.

It looks like PureEdge can be downloaded
for free from a bunch of government sites, e.g.

It has an appdb entry,

Minor annoyance when installing that app:
err:module:import_dll Library MSVCP60.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\Program
Files\\PureEdge\\Viewer 6.0\\ActiveX\\ViewerOutlet.dll") not found

Gotta run or I'd verify the bug myself.  
Anyone know a good form file to try?
