For now, I think we should leave all these bugs open.  6989 is the only one
that is not a complete dupe of this that this blocks.  (There is a garbled
cursor issue - I think this is due to our code in winex11.drv where we create
xmax/ymax and make them not greater than 32.)  There is useful info in all the
other bugs, and this one sort of ties them together.

That said, only having this one instead of both this and 5828 for the 1.0
milestone might be best.  In any case, I really don't have strong feelings in
any direction.  The only thing I *don't* want to do is discourage users from
filing more bugs.
