The following workaround appears to make the content file work correctly.
Change <user> to the appropriate user name on your system. 

cd /
sudo mkdir DAZ
sudo chmod 777 DAZ/ -R
ln -s "/home/<user>/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Common Files/DAZ/dzInstall.ini"
DAZ/dzInstall.ini

This is a DAZ bug not a Wine bug, so I will mark it fixed. Here are some DAZ
