windows/system32/color is from the Windows 9x days,
windows/system32/spool/drivers/color is where NT and Wine store
color profiles.

Good point. Eventually Wine should create the color directory and
perhaps bundle a set of freely distributable color profiles, or make it
easy for distributors to do so.
